There is much to share about this level, and I encourage you to read it all – it’s a great deal of info – but well worth the time and consideration before taking this course. Becoming a Reiki Master does not mean that you will be a Master of Reiki, rather that you have chosen to allow Reiki to master you! Think about what that might mean, allow the Universal, all encompassing energy of Love to master You. To guide you into becoming the best and most authentic version of yourself as a beautiful, creative and talented divine being.
You will be able to teach online and in-person as this class enables you to initiate others to this gentle healing modality. It will also enhance, expand and deepen your presence as a healer, help to guide, align & support you with the manifestation of your Divine Presence and Purpose, bring about deep healing and fully awaken your Authentic Self. The spiritual growth and dimension this class provides is as unique as you – you get from it what you put into it. Doing your part is primary in receiving all that Reiki Mastership provides one’s soul. Living the Reiki Life is both and inner and outer experience weaving together all aspects of being into wholeness.
The Holy Fire® Reiki Master training, as I teach it, is 40 hours of INTENSIVE TRAINING and is available completely online or as a combination of in-person and online sessions. This will give you experience with distance healing & working with technological advances that will create an even more potent healing than ever before experienced.
This level’s Initiation through the placement of the Master symbol followed by 4 ignitions of the Holy Fire energies brings yet a greater depth of connection to the Reiki phenomenon. The practitioner is introduced to two more sacred symbols – the fourth symbol being the Usui Master symbol. This level is deeply personal and will serve to awaken and manifest your Divine Presence and Divine Purpose on this Earth, bring forth and heal your Authentic self, empower your gifts and talents as a healing presence, raise your vibration through continual delevopment and expansion of your healing abilities.
The fifth symbol, the Holy Fire symbol is imparted at the Master Teacher Level, the level at which the practitioner is initiated and learns how to impart the ability to initiate others to all levels of Reiki. At this level, the attunement process is now referred to as an ‘ignition’ because the Holy Fire® energy is ignited in the healer directly by the Holy Fire® energy itself, this energy creates wholeness through purifications, healing, empowerment and guidance that continues to expand & evolve over a lifetime.
In the process of learning these healing techniques, Experiences, Placements and Ignitions (Note that Placements and Ignitions provide the same benefit as attunements.) and taking part in the guided meditations (Experiences), each student will receive many healing experiences
Whether you want to start your career in energy medicine by opening a practice and want to teach Reiki or simply want to deepen, strengthen and expand your own Reiki knowledge, and abilities, this training will certainly do that and more.
Prior attunement to the any form of Reiki level 2 is a pre-requisite for this class. Reiki Masters from all lineages are welcome and will benefit from this class. A phone interview is required for acceptance into class.

The world is experiencing incredible challenges and we (healers) must step up. The time to step fully into your healing abilities is now and needed more than ever. 100 years ago, the world experienced a similar set of crises … 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic, WWI, devastating weather events & earthquakes – Reiki responded by coming into the world (again) through Mikao Usui, founder of the Reiki system and of whose lineage we are all a part. Now, in 2020, here we are again, facing the exact same challenges plus – and Reiki has responded, this time through William Lee Rand, Founder of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) in the form of yet another Holy Fire Reiki upgrade. This is his story.
“In answer to our prayers and responding to our needs, a new frequency of Reiki has been sent to the people of the earth, just as Reiki has done throughout its history. Usui Sensei’s first decision when he received Reiki was to spread Reiki to all the people in the world. And to quicken the pace of this development, he said the most important quality for a Reiki Master to have is to continually seek to develop the quality and quantity of Reiki energy one is able to channel – ever evolving and increasing in vibration. Usui Sensei, Hayashi Sensei and Takata Sensei were each guided to adapt and develop Reiki according to the needs of the people of their time. On March 20, 2020, during the time of the Spring Equinox, William Lee Rand, was given the ability to give Placements and Ignitions at a distance and to teach distant Reiki classes. In addition, the strength and quality of the Reiki energy was also increased.
This new ability was also intended to be passed on to others in distant Reiki classes. These new gifts came to us through the help of the Brothers and Sisters of the Light.
And at the same time, our technology has kept up with our needs as the ability to work with others over the Internet is now much easier. These two developments make it possible to provide high quality, live Reiki training to others anywhere in the world and at a level in which one can easily sense the presence of the teacher and other students and feel their love and caring. * How to give self – ignitions & strengthen, clarify and empower your Holy Fire® Reiki connection, helping you to more easily integrate the new energy.
* Holy Fire® meditations to harmonize & clear energy pathways, energy field, chakras, unwinding and healing past and current life traumas.
* Additional instruction on using crystals and stones with Reiki – using a single crystal to send Reiki continuously; making a Reiki crystal grid that will continue to send Reiki to yourself and others (used for distant and personal healing, & manifestation of goals.)
* Moving meditation to influence, create and manifest a positive and healthy state of being using the Usui Master Symbol.
* Enriching discussion topics, such as: The role of Intention, Intuition, & Intensity in Energy Medicine; The values and spiritual orientation of a true Reiki Master; Clearing Spirit attachments; Sacred Contract and Vertical Alignment; Many forms of a Healing Crisis & Importance of Taking Time for Integration; Ancestors and Lineage; Creating a Reiki practice and teaching from an enlightened business perspective.
