Sacred Celebrations offers three packages – all include initial consultation virtually and in person, unlimited phone and video calls, writing and performing your ceremony, filing your marriage license, a printed and bound copy of your ceremony and a lovely custom designed “suitable for framing” Certificate of Marriage.
We are available for travel to your venue, and we now have our own micro-wedding venue -The Appalachian Wedding Chapel & Boutique in Capon Bridge, West Virginia!

Gold Package Wedding Ceremony – $350
Our most popular is the Gold Package. It is all inclusive, providing a uniquely personalized ceremony and any special touches already included (Unity Candle or Sand, Wine and Handfasting, etc).
We specialize in spiritual, secular, non-traditional, non-religous and blended interfaith ceremonies. We especially welcome clients who put great value on the ceremony, and we truly enjoy working with couples who are seeking a more unique, personally designed wedding. We will work with you to give you the ceremony of your dreams. We love what we do and it shows in our 5 star ratings on Wedding Wire, The Knot and Google!
To create a personal ceremony, we ask our clients to complete a questionnaire. Your answers to questions such as “what do you love about one another”, “what stories would you like to have shared about your relationship“, “what does marriage mean to you” and “what are your hopes for your life together” are used to help give us some sense of your personalities and often you will hear your own words echoed back to you in the ceremony itself.
Silver Package Wedding Ceremony – $275
With the *Silver Package, we offer you a choice from several pre-written ceremonies. If there are aspects of each you like, we’re happy to combine them. For $45 each, we will include additional touches such as, Ring Warmings, Unity Ceremonies (Candle, Sand, Glass, Tree, etc.), Wine, Whiskey, & Beer Ceremonies and a variety of Handfasting options – the origin of the expression ‘tying the knot’ (our specialty to be sure!)
Rehearsal – $125
While this is optional, we will happily attend and direct your rehearsal if desired. If you have a coordinator to organize the rehearsal, we’re delighted to offer a lower rate for attending.
Travel Expenses*: Mileage, tolls, and travel time. Minimum $25 fee. Additional fees apply for hotel accommodations when necessary.
Short and Sweet Elopements start at $125 plus mileage.
Just for the 2 of you (and up to 6 people). If you’re simply want to be married in a short, simple, quiet ceremony or only need your marriage license signed – just give us a few hours notice and we’re happy to accommodate and officiate!

Nestled alongside the healing waters of the Cacapon River at Basswood Airbnb, in the quaint town of Capon Bridge, West Virginia, we offer elopement ceremonies and micro-weddings inspired by Appalachian traditions, one of which is our signature Handfasting Ceremony!
Our boutique provides ceremonial accessories for your custom Appalachian ceremony, and other unique gifts for couples getting hitched, all lovingly crafted by local artisans. Localy crafted handfasting cords, wedding vases, hand and foot washing pitcher & bowl sets, and so much more!
Pricing includes our Appalachian Themed or Gold Package wedding ceremony, rehearsal, venue rental (insurance, set-up/break down, recorded music, sound system, day-of-event coordinator, chair rental, vendor coordination from our preferred vendor list**)
Vow Renewal Service: Any of our packages can be customized for couples who wish to recommit and renew their vows. This is a very special ceremony, often more meaningful than the first time you said “I do” and we’ll try not to cry.
Important Note: You are responsible for obtaining a marriage license from the court according to the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the ceremony will take place. These often vary from State to State and County to County. Also be sure to call the courthouse in advance for instructions.
*Mileage rate charged is equal to current IRS allowable guidelines and calculated using information provided by Google maps between my home office and the wedding location for each round trip. When several route options are available, calculations are based upon our preferred route.
Contract and non-refundable $100 deposit required to secure our services for your date. Methods of Payment accepted: Cash, Check (made payable to Sacred Celebrations, llc) and credit / debit card transactions accepted through PayPal, Square, and Venmo. Payments accepted through Square and PayPal include a processing fee. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) Gifts certificates are available.
